Obesity, Weight Management and Healthy Diet Awareness Event

On 22nd August 2023 we  organised a health awareness event to highlight issues of obesity, weight management and healthy diet. Our Summer Trip 2023

On 15th August 2023 we  took  47 women from “You Are Not Alone” project to Brighton Beach for a summer day trip so that they can enjoy and relax. The day was beautiful and everyone enjoyed day trip with songs and food.  

Adult Digital Training

We offer basic training on “how to use digital devices such as Computer, Smart phone or Tablets” to those who never used such devices. This service is open to both men and women in groups and in one to one format. Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday  10:30 am to 12:00 noon and 2:30 pm to 4:00 pm.

Oral Health Awareness

As part of our Women’s health programme we have developed partnership with University College London Hospital (UCLH) and Health Watch Islington. Seaside Trip for Women

On 7 September 2022 IBA has organised a summer day-trip for our local BAME older women to help them tackle isolation. Men’s Activities

Every Thursdays from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm IBA runs a two hours physical activities session for older men of BAME ethnic origin and living in Islington.
